Return & Refund Policy

Processing & Shipping Timeframe
All SomethingForUs items are custom made and engraved to order. Orders typically arrive within 2–10 business days, including both production and shipping time. Timeframes may vary based on order volume, design complexity, and carrier delays.

Custom Orders

Because our items are custom made, personalized, or made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery (based on carrier delivery confirmation) by emailing somethingforusbyus@gmail.com.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

Returns are accepted only if the issue is a result of our error, including:

Incorrect item received
Defective product

Once approved:

We will cover the return shipping cost
A replacement will be sent via express shipping
Proof of the issue is required before any return or replacement is processed.

Customer Design Approval

For custom designs, customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, dates, colors, and design details before approving the final design. SomethingForUs is not responsible for errors included in the approved design.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when approved by SomethingForUs due to an order issue, damage, or fulfillment error. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized items, engraved items, custom designs, sale items, and digital/mockup design fees are non-returnable and non-refundable.
