Return Policy
To request a return, please email us at somethingforusbyus@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your item (based on carrier delivery confirmation). Returns are accepted only if the item is a result of our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement via express shipping. Proof of the error will be required.

Reason for the refund request
Proof of damage or error, if applicable
Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your request. If you prefer a replacement item instead of a refund, it will also be processed and shipped via express within 1–2 business days. Please note that actual posting times may vary depending on your financial institution. Once we receive your request, we will work with you to find the best resolution.

Custom Engraved Items Policy
No Returns: Custom engraved items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so returns are not accepted.
Refunds for Our Errors: If there is an error or defect caused during the creation process, we will provide a full refund.
Damages During Shipping: We carefully package all items, but we are not responsible for shipping damage. If damage occurs in transit, we will recreate the item for you at no extra charge (proof of damage is required), but we will not issue a refund in this case.
