Return Policy
Greeting Cards/Custom Greeting Cards:
Returns are accepted no later than 2 business days upon receipt (This is determined by the carrier notification of delivery). You may return the card if it is a result of OUR error (incorrect item received or defective). We’ll pay the return shipping cost in this case and expedite the re-order.
If a refund is requested, please provide proof of the error or damage to the greeting card. A refund will be processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt of the provided proof. If you would like the card to be re-created instead, please allow 1-2 business from the request for the order to be processed and shipped. Shipping will be expedited.
Engraved/Custom Engraved Items:
Returns for Engraved/Custom Engraved items are available with proper proof of the mentioned issue (misspelling, scratches, incorrect item/color etc.) Please submit a photo to somethingforusbyus@gmail.com with the order ID and the reason for the return. Upon request, please return the item within 5-7 business days from the date of the return/refund request. We will pay the return shipping cost in this case and expedite the re-order. A refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Receipt of funds will be based on your financial institution. In the body of your email please include the details of the issue/issues, state if you are requesting a refund or a corrected item. Instructions along with a prepaid shipping label will be provided in response to your request.
Shipping:
We can ship to virtually any address within the United States. Products cannot be shipped internationally yet.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options of our choosing. Depending on the shipping provider chosen, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
