Return Policy
Return request for any item must be sent via email to somethingforusbyus@gmail.com NO LATER THAN 3 BUSINESS DAYS upon receiving the item. (This is determined by the carrier notification of delivery). You may return the item if it is a result of OUR error (incorrect item received or defective). We will pay the return shipping cost in this case and express ship the re-order. Proof of the error will be required. If you are requesting a refund, please see the refund policy below. If your purchase is a custom item, please see the Custom Engraved policy below.
Refund Policy
If a refund is requested, please email us at somethingforusbyus@gmail.com with the following information: Order ID, reason for the refund request and proof of damage or error if applicable. A refund will be processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt of your request. If you would like the item to be re-created alternatively, please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be processed and shipped. We will express ship your item. Time frames may vary depending on your financial institution. Once your request has been received, we will work together towards the best resolution.
Custom Engraved Items:
RETURNS ARE NOT PERMITTED FOR CUSTOM ITEMS- We made this item especially for you and it cannot be resold.
REFUNDS ARE PERMITTED FOR ERRORS THAT WERE CAUSED BY SomethingForUs- If your item appears to have errors or damage from the creation process, we will provide you with a full refund. SomethingForUs carefully packages your purchases and are not responsible for damages cause during shipping. We will NOT provide you with a refund in this case BUT we will design a new creation for you (proper proof of damages will be required.)
